Ahmad Khalid | CEO & President

Ahmad Khalid Gardizi Has 20 Years of Experience in the construction sector. From 2003 to 2011 worked in different positions in a construction company where Mr.Gardizi later became executive director and completed 30 million dollars worth of construction projects. In 2011, He started his construction firm and, as prime contractor with a contractor with Army Corps of Engineers and the state department, completed 20 million dollar worth of construction projects. Because of his experience in the construction sector, he became a board member of the Afghanistan builders association (ABA), and in 2019 he became a vice president of the association. In 2020 he established a business hub for the construction sector to promote the construction sector. He introduced a one-stop business center where all construction sector-related businesses could take place and find solutions.

ANP BPC FD Class B @ Heratan

The project consists of the design and construction of a new Fire Department (FD
Class B) for the Afghan National Police (ANP) in Heretan, Kaldar District, Balkh
Province, Afghanistan. The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and
equipment to construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure for a
design population of approximately 30 personnel. In general the project consist the
indicated features of work including, demolition/grading, Survey/Design,
Mobilization/Demobilization, Guard towers, guard shack, gate house, administration
building, trash collection point, training tower, parking lot, roads, well house, well
drilling, truck bay, fire water system, sanitary sewer system, ECP canopy, site
electrical system, fire station water supply system, wood stove kitchen, fuel
generator canopy, vehicle fuel storage and refueling point, barracks, and barriers.

ANP UP District HQ @ Sari Pul, Sar-e-Pul

The project consists of the design and construction of a new UP District Headquarters
for the Afghan National Police (ANP) in Sari-Pul District, Sari-Pul Province,
Afghanistan.The project is defined as the design, material, labor, and equipment to
construct buildings, parking, utilities and other infrastructure for a design population
of 120 personnel. In general the project consist the indicated features of work
including, Survey/Design, Mobilization/Demobilization, Guard towers, guard shack,
gate house, administration building, water tower, small women's barracks, ECP
canopy, trash collection point, parking lot, roads, well house, well drilling, sanitary
sewer system, site electrical system, wood stove kitchen, fuel generator canopy,
vehicle fuel storage and refueling point, barracks, and barriers.

ANA MOUT & CQB Training Range

The project entails designing and constructing new Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT) and Close Quarters Battle (CQB) facilities for the Afghan National Army (ANA) in Pol-e-Charki, Kabul Province, Afghanistan. The scope of the project includes the design, materials, labor, and equipment necessary to build a MOUT training village, a CQB shoot house, support facilities, earth berms, and access roads. Additionally, the project covers specific elements such as asphalt paving for roads and sidewalks, fire protection systems, water distribution infrastructure, a trash collection point, electrical power and supply systems, guard towers, guard shacks, a gatehouse, temporary entry control points, a septic tank, a sanitary sewer system, connex storage, latrine facilities, and the design and construction of five different building schemes.

ANA O&M PeC DFAC 504 Renovations x2

The purpose of this project was to finalize the unfinished work that was initiated in a previous contract. The scope of the project involves the design, materials, labor, and equipment required for selected demolition and construction activities, as well as the installation of utilities and other site infrastructure. A key aspect of the project is the completion of the Dining Facility building (Building 504) at the ANA Camp in Pol-e-Charki. The project includes various features of work such as mobilization/demobilization, renovation of the Dining Facility (DFAC), installation of interior electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, application of interior and exterior finishes, installation of doors and casework, small room framing, connection of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), electrical system setup, walk-in cooler installation, and the establishment of sewer and water utilities.
